Excellent ice cream and even better service! The staff at The Artisan were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. The flavors are amazing—don't miss chocolate and vanilla flavors. Highly recommend for a sweet treat you won't forget!

First of all as of September 2023 this is an ice cream shop not a sandwich shop? The lady that served me and my partner was lovely and accommodated to both our allergies. Pricey but worth it for a treat!

My favourite local lunchtime takeaway! The sandwiches are great but I also love the fruit pots and everyone should try the bubble tea! One of the best things is that they make the sandwiches fresh so can leave out an ingredient if you have an allergy or don't like it.
Popped in today for a lunchtime snack! Great design, great food, great portions and lovely staff! I had the Guinevere sandwich which was bangin! 100% recommend it for a light lunch option! I will definitely be returning when I'm in the area again!
The best sandwiches ever! Freshly made and absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend if you get hungry walking all steps around Tintagel castle.
A small coffee shop which uses fresh ingredients and good size portions. Real disappointment we only found this on our last day of a one week stay here. Well worth a visit.

Got sandwiches yesterday for picnic on beach. That good, going back today.
Overpriced and no napkins available. Disappointed. This is just an ice cream place now, not a sandwich shop.

Awful smoothie, which just tasted like chilled orange juice when I asked for a mango and banana smoothie. Also, the staff member who served me seems like he is so fed up with life.

Staff member was unwilling to provide allergen information, she said she might be able to find a lid but they had probably been thrown away and she didn't know what was in the ice-creams. She then shouted at us as we were leaving that it was all nut free and she had a queue.

Totally disappointed with the service👎. The staff member was disrespectful. Ice creams were delicious but the iced coffee was disgusting. We had a group of 10 and all were extremely unsatisfied with her reactions.
